Raw Material Testing
We inspect plastic particles, sheets, metal plates and surface treatment materials. Only materials that pass strength, composition and aging tests can be put into production.
Surface Treatment Testing
Test coating thickness, adhesion, gloss, color difference and corrosion resistance to ensure long-term use without fading or rusting.
Impact Resistance Test
Condition: Controlled impact with 50J energy (equivalent to accidental collision during loading/unloading) on key stress points of products. Result: No cracks, fractures, or functional failure; impact points show only minor indentations that do not affect use.
Production Process Testing
• Thermoforming: Check wall thickness, flatness, size and appearance to ensure stable forming. • Injection Molding: Monitor temperature, pressure and parameters; control size precision and appearance defects.
