We are a professional manufacturer specializing in plastic thermoforming, precision injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication for automotive and outdoor components. Our 20,000㎡ factory is equipped with advanced thermoforming, injection molding, and CNC sheet metal equipment, delivering custom roof boxes, racks, and parts directly from our production line.

Q3 . What is the terms of package ?

Generally , we use carton packaging.If customers have legally registered patent we can pack the goods in customers branded boxes after getting our customers authorization.

Q4 . How about your terms of Payment ?

30% T / T Payment Before Production , Balance Should Be Paid Before Shipment.We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance

Q5 .What main processing services do you provide?

We specialize in metal sheet fabrication, metal surface treatment, plastic vacuum forming and plastic injection molding, providing one-stop custom manufacturing services.

Q6 . Can you accept customization based on drawings or samples?

Yes, we support customization based on drawings, samples and non-standard requirements, and can design and produce according to customer needs.

Q7 . What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We support flexible MOQ, both prototype small-batch and mass production are available, details depend on product structure.

Q8. What tolerance can you achieve and what production volumes do you support?

We can achieve a precision tolerance of up to ±0.01 mm, depending on the material and manufacturing process.

Q9. What is your lead time for tooling, samples, and mass production?

Our typical lead times are as follows: • Tooling (mold): 20–30 days • Sample production: 3–5 days • Mass production: 7–15 days We understand that timing is critical, so expedited production is available for urgent projects.
